Talented and Gifted (TAG)

The Talented and Gifted (TAG) program serves students with special educational needs who have scored at or above (or have the potential to score at or above) the 93rd percentile on an academic or intellectual assessment. These students require differentiated instruction in order to help them maximize their potential.

TAG students require differentiated instruction in order to help them maximize their potential. Such differentiation may include in-class, pull-out, acceleration, curriculum compacting, grade-skipping, and other appropriate forms of targeted instruction as needed.

Woodburn School District is committed to providing educationally appropriate instruction for all students at their appropriate rate and level regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, marital status, disability, religious or political affiliation, age or sexual orientation.
